German term

Hub

German to English Medical Medical (general) patient's dialysis records
This is a dialysis protocol. There are a lot of abbreviations in a list of values, such as "arterial pressure", "venous pressure", "blood sugar". But I cannot figure out what "Hub" means. It is located between "TMP" (transmembrane pressure) and "Potassium" in the list of values.
Proposed translations (English)
1 Perhaps a typo for "Hb"?

Dawn, please show exactly how it stands in relation to previous/following words
Dawn Montague (asker) Nov 9, 2006:
That was my first guess - but it doesn't make sense in the context.
BrigitteHilgner Nov 9, 2006:
Might this be some mechanical value? Hub = lift, lifting, stroke (motor)

Declined
Could "Hub" possibly be a typo for "Hb" (hemoglobin)? Under "Hub," is there any value listed?
