मोहरबंद का अर्थ होता है sealed. इसलिए मेरा अनुमान है कि यहाँ पर मृतक के सामान की सुपुर्दगी के बारे में बताया गया है कि फलाँ फलाँ सामान पैक कर और सील कर फलाँ फलाँ के हवाले किया गया. "मोहर 2 H की मोहर डिब्बा एक मोहर से सर्वमोहर" का अर्थ कुछ ऐसा हो सकता है कि 'एक डिब्बा है जिस पर 2 H की मोहर लगाई गई है...", "कपड़ा पुलिन्दा 3 मोहर से" मतलब "कपड़े की गठरी पर 3 मोहर लगी हुई हैं."
ये सिर्फ मेरा अनुमान है. अगर और कुछ नहीं होता तो आसपास किसी पुलिस वाले से बात करके देखें.

Why don't you try in Urdu > English also? Or may be Urdu > Hindi if that exists. Almost all Indian Urdu translator will be able to read the Hindi phrase.

Why don't you try in Urdu > English also? Or may be Urdu > Hindi if that exists. Almost all Indian Urdu translator will be able to read the Hindi phrase.
