Marsanpulver does not exist here in the US. (I have to get it from Sweden). This is what you make a dessert sauce with, vanilla sauce, that you put on pies etc. I would rewrite.

Marsán
Marsán is a registered trademark. Produced by Ekström, Sweden (I just checked in our kitchen). For making custard and vanilla sauce. Two types available, ie, one for boiling and one for making cold custard. In my opinion tastier than the British Bird's Custard powder.
