طعن رقم 473 لسنة 23 القضائية
صادر بتاريخ 2/1/2005 (مدني)
هيئة المحكمة: الرئيس محمد عبد القادر السلطي والمستشاران عبد العزيز محمد عبد العزيز وعبد المنعم دسوقي.
1- إعتبار المرابحة عقد بيع برأس المال وربح معلوم.
2- إعتبار المقصود برأس المال هو ثمن البضاعة المشتراة من البائع أما الربح المعلوم فهو الزيادة على الثمن الأول على رأس مال المبيع.
3- إعتبار ان تحصيل فهم الواقع في الدعوى وتقدير الأدلة والقرائن وتقارير الخبراء من سلطة محكمة الموضوع التي لها الأخذ بتقرير الخبير المنتدب عند اطمئنانها وإلى صحة أسبابه.
4- عدم إلزامية المحكمة بالإجابة لطلب الطاعنة إعادة الدعوى للمرافعة عند إحتواء أوراقها على ما من شأنه تكوين عقيدتها للفصل فيها.
المحكمة،
بعد الإطلاع على الأوراق، وتلاوة تقرير التلخيص، وبعد المداولة.
حيث إن الطعن استوفى أوضاعه الشكلية.
وحيث إن الوقائع – على ما يبين مـن الحكم المطعون فيـه وسائر الأوراق- تتحصل في أن البنك المطعون ضده أقام الدعوى رقم 30 لسنة 1995 الفجيرة الإبتدائية على الطاعنين طالباً إلزامهم بالتضامن أن يدفعوا له 1.132.250 درهماً رصيد ما بذمتهم استناداً إلى عقود مرابحة، موضوعها، شراء مجموعة سيارات. ندبت محكمة أول درجة خبيراً، وبعد إيداع تقريره حكمت بالمبلغ المطلوب. وإذ استأنف الطاعنون هذا الحكم قضى في استئنافهم رقم 15 لسنة 97 الشارقة برفضه. طعن الطاعنون في هذا الحكم بطريق النقض بالطعن رقم 190 لسنة 19 ق، وبتاريخ 14/4/98 نقضت هذه المحكمة الحكم المطعون فيه مع الإحالة، ومحكمة الإحالة قضت في 3/1/2001 برفض الاستئناف؛ فكان الطعن.
وحيث إن الطعن يقوم على ثلاثة أسباب ينعي الطاعنون بها على الحكم المطعون فيه مخالفة القانون والقصور في التسبيب والإخلال بحق الدفاع؛ إذ عوّل في قضائه على تقرير الخبير رغم قصوره في بحث ما إذا كانت أسعار شراء السيارات من الوكلاء هي نفسها أسعار بيعها للطاعنين، ودون أن يتأكد من مطابقة تلك الأسعار مع الأسعار السائدة في السوق وقت التعامل، وقضى على خلاف المادة 117 من قانون المعاملات التجارية التي توجب لنفاذ الإتفاق على حلول باقي الأقساط في حالة التخلف عن سداد إحداها إخطار المشتري وانقضاء سبعة أيام على ذلك، كما رفض الحكم طلب الطاعنين فتح باب المرافعة رغم حداثة الوكالة الممنوحة لمحاميهم بما يعيب الحكم ويستوجب نقضه.
وحيث إن هذا النعي في غير محله؛ ذلك أنه لما كان مفاد نص المادة 506/1 من قانون المعاملات المدنية أن المرابحة عقد بيع برأس المال، وربح معلوم،
والمقصود برأس المال هو الثمن الذي اشترى به البائع البضاعة أما الربح المعلوم فهـو الزيادة على الثمن الأول علـى رأس مال المبيع
وهو عقد له صورة معينة حيث يبيع المشتري الأول إلى المشتري الثاني السلعة بالثمن الذي اشتراها به وزيادة ربح معلوم محدد.
وكان تحصيل فهم الواقع في الدعوى وتقدير الأدلة والقرائن ومنها تقارير الخبراء من سلطة محكمة الموضوع التي لها الأخذ بتقرير الخبير المنتدب متى اطمأنت إليه وإلى صحة أسبابه
ولا إلزام عليها إجابة طلب الطاعنين إعادة الدعوى للمرافعة متى وجدت في الأوراق ما يمكنها من تكوين عقيدتها للفصل فيها.
لما كان ذلك وكان البين من مدونات الحكم المطعون فيه أنه أقام قضاءه بتأييد الحكم المستأنف الذي انتهى إلى إلزام الطاعنين بمبلغ 1.132.250 درهم – قيمة ما ترصد في ذمتهم من عقود المرابحة التي أبرموها مع البنك الطاعن- على سند من تقرير الخبير الأصلي والتكميلي الذي اطمأن إليه والذي أورى بتقريره الأخير أن البنك المطعون ضده قام بشراء السيارات من الموردين بمبلغ 1890500 درهم وباعها بذات الثمن التي اشتراها بها الطاعنين، وإن الزيادة المضافة إلى ثمن الشراء المذكور اقتصرت على الربح المعلوم والمتفق عليه مع الطاعنين والبالغ مقداره 315190 درهماً وبإضافة ذلك المبلغ إلى ثمن الشراء يكون الثمن الإجمالي لعقد المرابحة هو 2205690 درهماً، ولما كان الطاعنون قد سددوا للبنك المطعون ضده مبلغ 1073440 درهماً فإن الرصيد المتبقي في ذمتهم هو مبلغ 1.132.250 درهم وهو المبلغ المطالب به. وهي أسباب سائغة مستقاة من أصول ثابتة بالأوراق وتوافق صحيح القانون وتواجه دفاع الطاعنين ولم تتجاوز بها محكمة الموضوع سلطتها في فهم الواقع في الدعوى وتقدير الأدلة فإن النعي برمته يغدو جدلاً موضوعياً لا يجوز إثارته أمام هذه المحكمة. ولا يضيره إغفاله الرد على ما يتذرع به الطاعنون من عدم إخطارهم بحلول كامل الثمن عملاً بالمادة 117 من قانون المعاملات التجارية – أيا كان وجه الرأي فيه – متى كانت جميع الأقساط قد حل ميعاد استحقاقها، كما لا يضيره عدم استجابته لطلب الطاعنين إعادة الدعوى للمرافعة طالما وجد في أوراقها ما يمكّن المحكمة من تكوين عقيدتها للفصل فيها.
ولما تقدم يتعين رفض الطعن.

1- Murabaha is deemed a sale contract with a capital and definite profit.
2- The capital is deemed to mean the price of commodities purchased from Seller, while definite profit is the increase to the such capital value of the sold item.
3- To conclude the facts on the case and consider the evidence, presumptions and expert’s reports lays within the jurisdiction of the trial court that may rely to the expert’s report based on court's satisfaction and report's valid grounds.
4- The court is not bound to answer appellant's request on opening case to defence when its papers can lead the court into making its opinion to decide thereon.
The Court
Pursuant to the perusal of the documents, and the reading of the summary report, and after deliberation.
Whereas the cassation has fulfilled all formal conditions, and
Whereas, in the facts - as apparent in the contested judgment and the documents - the respondent Bank filed the action no. 30/1995, Fujairah Court of First Instance, against the appellants requesting to order them to jointly pay the respondent AED 1.132.250, which is an outstanding amount payable by them based on Murabaha contract on purchase of a group of cars. The court of first instance assigned an expert. After being provided with expert's report, the court ruled by obligation to pay the required amount. While the appellants appealed this ruling, it was dismissed in their appeal no. 15 of 1997, Sharjah. The appellants appealed in cassation against the said judgment under appeal no. 190/19 J, and dated 14/4/1998, such court overruled the contested judgment with deferral, and the deferral court, on 3/1/2001, dismissed the appeal. Therefore the cassation was risen.
Whereas the cassation is based on three grounds: the appellants claim that the contested judgment violated the law, is substantially insufficient and violated the right of defence, since judgment relied to the expert report which is insufficient in determining whether the price of the car purchased from agents is the same as the price when the car sold to the appellants, and the conformity of such prices with the fair market value at the time of transaction was not confirmed. The contested judgment was issued in violation to Article 117 of the Commercial Transactions Act which stipulates that the purchaser, in order for the agreement to be applicable to the remaining payments maturity, shall be served with a seven-day notice in case of failure to fulfil any payment. The judgment also dismissed the request of appellants to open defence although the power of attorney conferred on their attorneys is newly drawn. The judgment has therefore erred and necessitates its cassation.
Whereas this objection is not valid, since Article 1/506 - Civil Transactions Law - stipulates that Murabaha is a Sale Contract with the capital and definite profit.
The Capital is the price by which the seller purchased the goods, while the definite profit is the increase to the first price to capital of the sold item.
It is a contract of specific nature: the first purchaser sells to the second purchaser the good at the price of purchase along with an increase of definite profit.
Whereas construing the facts of the case and assessing the evidence and presumptions, including the expert's report, lay within the jurisdiction of the trial court that may rely to such report whenever it is satisfied with, and the report's grounds are true.
Otherwise, the court shall be bound to answer appellant's request to open the case to defence again when its papers can lead the court into making its opinion to decide thereon.
Whereas it is proved in the records of the contested judgment that it corroborated the appealed judgment that ruled to obligate the appellants with the sum of AED 1.132.250 - the balance payable by the appellants out of the Murarabaha contracts concluded with the appellant bank - based on the principal and complementary expert's report to which the judgment was based. The complementary expert's report stated that the respondent bank purchased the car from the suppliers at the price of AED 1890500 and sold the same at such price as the appellants purchased it, and that the increase to the said purchase price is just a definite profit agreed upon with the appellants, which is AED 315.190. By adding such sum to the purchase price, the total price of Murabaha contract is AED 2.205.690. Whereas the appellants have paid the respondent bank a sum of AED 1.073.440, the balance payable by them is 1.132.250, which is the claimed sum. These are reasonable grounds based on proofs in the documents, conformity of law, and replying to the appellants' defence, while the court did not surpass its authority to understand the facts in the case and assess the evidence thereof. The whole objection, therefore, is a debate over merits and shall not be raised before this court. The judgment is not affected by ruling out the allegation of the appellants that they were not notified of the maturity of the whole price pursuant to Article 117 of the Commercial Transaction Act - irrespective of the opinion thereon - once all payments fall due. It is also not affected by not responding to the request of appellants to defend so long as the case papers contains what may enable the court make its decision on the subject matter.
THEREFORE, the court orders the dismissal of the cassation.

الْغُـرَابُ وَالْحيَّـةُ
حْكَى أَنَّ غراباً اشتدَّ به الجوعُ في يومٍ من الأيامِ، ولم يجدْ مِنَ الطعامِ ما يَسُدُّ بهِ جَوْعَتَهُ. ولما بلغَ به اليأسُ مبلغَهُ رأى حيةً نائمةً في الظلِ، فَغَرَّتْهُ نفسُه بالانْقضاضِ عليها. وما أَنْ أَنْشَبَ فيها مخالبَهُ وطارَ بها حتى أفاقتِ الْحيَّةُ من سُباتها، وأدارتْ رأسَها إلى الغرابِ ولدغتْه في مقتلٍ، فسقطَ كلاهُمَا على الأرضِ. ولما سرى السُّمُّ في جسدِ الغرابِ، واشتدَّ به أَلَمُ الموتِ، قالَ في حسرةٍ وأسىً: "يا لي من شقيٍ تَعِسٍ؛ إذ جلبتُ على نفسي الهلاكَ، وقد ظننتُ أَنَّ في ذاكَ السبيلِ سعادتِي."

American Perceptions of Muslim Women
The Deep Historical Roots of Contemporary American Perceptions of Muslim Women

This paper presents one facet of my larger research project examining Muslim women in the cultural imagination of nineteenth-century America, which, as I argue, was a turning point in the development of American perceptions of Islam. Tied to the increasing fortunes of European colonial expansion, these portrayals of Muslim women also fulfilled key domestic needs in negotiating new and unsettling forms of American gender relations.
Several years ago, I was having a discussion with an erudite and highly cultured Azhari scholar about one Western-educated journalist’s negative perceptions about the place of Muslim women, pointedly based on her interpretation of hijab and some segregated seating arrangements in an Azhari forum, and I casually referred to her attitudes as more of the same old tiring discourse on Muslim women. That response elicited a question about what exactly I meant, and so, after finally realizing the need to communicate what many of us Muslim scholars living in Europe and the United States have learned through frequent exposure, I thought it might be helpful, in the spirit of this conference, to share some of my own research on the deep cultural and historical roots of American perceptions and misperceptions of Muslim women. I will focus in particular on the late nineteenth century, which I believe is an important turning point in how Muslim women have been perceived and represented in Europe and the United States. And I will focus on only one slice of my research, specifically American periodical discussions of the veil and women’s seclusion in the harem, which I believe is the most relevant for inspiring contemporary American discussions more generally and that incident in al-Azhar many years ago more particularly.
In this regard, it is very important to note that European and American portrayals of Muslim women are not static and timeless, even if they present themselves as such, but rather that they are tied to particular internal references of European and American culture and history that change over time. Mohja Kahf’s monograph on Western Representations of the Muslim Woman from Temagant to Odalisque (1999) is particularly instructive in this vein, for we learn that in medieval European literature, Muslim women were represented as domineering and threatening noblewomen and giantesses who needed to be subdued by European Christians, which reflected the intimidating power of Muslims in their times. All of this is far cry from the submissive and oppressed shadows of human beings we find Muslim women depicted as today.

The Paradigm Shift
Baker (1992) provides the following definitions for paradigm shift:
Thomas S. Kuhn (1970): Scientific paradigms are "accepted examples of actual scientific
practice, examples which include law, theory, application, and instrumentation together-- (that) provide models from which spring particular coherent traditions of scientific research."
Adam Smith (1975): A shared set of assumptions. The paradigm is the way we perceive the world; water to the fish. The paradigm explains the world to us and helps us to predict its behavior." Smith concludes that "when we are in the middle of the paradigm, it is hard to imagine any other paradigm."
Willis Harmon (1970): "The basic way of perceiving, thinking, valuing, and doing associated with a particular vision of reality. A dominant paradigm is seldom if ever stated explicitly; it exists as unquestioned, tacit understanding that is transmitted through culture and to succeeding generations through direct experience rather than being taught."
Barker (1992): "A paradigm is a set of rules and regulations (written or unwritten) that does two
things: (1) it establishes or defines boundaries; and (2) it tells you how to behave inside the
boundaries in order to be successful."
Barker (1992) identifies the following Paradigm Principles:
• Our perceptions of the world are strongly influenced by paradigms.
• Because we become so good at using our present paradigms, we resist changing them.
• It is the outsider who usually creates the new paradigm.
• Practitioners of the old paradigm who choose to change to the new paradigm early, must
do so as an act of faith rather than as the result of factual proof, because there will never
be enough proof to be convincing in the early stages.
• Those who change to a successful new paradigm gain a new way of seeing the world
and new approaches for solving problems as a result of the shift to the new rules.
• A new paradigm puts everyone back to zero, so practitioners of the old paradigm, who
may have had great advantage, lose much or all of their leverage.

What we mean by “inclusion”?
• The included child is one who exists within his/her natural environment, participates in and interacts with the elements of this environment that caters for his/her basic needs and corresponds to his/her optimal capacities.
• Inclusion is a process that reaches out to all children and requires a continuously developing environment that would meet their additional needs and match their capacities.
• The inclusion of children revolves around three main axes that are intertwined, deep-rooted and indissoluble within the society – the family, the school and the local community.
• The participation of the included child begins at birth within the family and the local community, and at three years within scholastic enrolment.
Why we use the expression «additional needs»?

The child’s basic needs are vital for the insurance of the natural growth of every child across the globe.
Children’s needs are the elements, the circumstances, the regular or variable means necessary, whether instantly or permanently, for every child to fulfill himself/herself and to achieve his/her full potential.
Children with additional needs share the same feelings and desires as all other children. However, they also have different additional needs in comparison with other children.
INCLUSION IS...
A Philosophy. It is a belief in every person's inherent right to participate fully in society. Inclusion implies acceptance of differences. It means making room for a person who would otherwise be excluded. Translating this philosophy into reality is a process that requires collaboration, teamwork, flexibility, a willingness to take risks, and support from a whole array of individuals, services and institutions.
A Practice. It is the educational process by which all students, including those with additional needs, are educated together, with sufficient support, in age-appropriate, regular education programs in their neighborhood schools. The goal of inclusive education is to prepare all students for productive lives as full, participating members of their communities.
Evolving. As people learn more about inclusion, they understand that "full inclusion" means that students with additional needs are part of the regular education system – even if their curricular goals and needs differ from those of their classmates.
Rewarding for all people involved. When inclusion is carried out appropriately, research has demonstrated benefits to students with additional needs as well as to their peers. Friendships develop, students without additional needs learn to appreciate differences and students with additional needs are more motivated. All of this is carried to the home and into the community.
INCLUSION IS NOT...
A Passing Fad. Numerous conventions and laws have affirmed the right of students with additional needs to attend regular classes full time when the educational benefits for the student warrant such a placement. Inclusion, with its focus on outcomes is the trend for the future.
Dumping. It does not mean that a child with additional needs is placed in a classroom without adequate support and appropriate services. It does not mean that undue burdens are placed on teachers and peers. Thoughtful planning, continual monitoring and sufficient support are all part of successful inclusion programs.
Easy. Parents, educators, peers and administrators are all partners in the inclusion process and must work together to make it successful. Ongoing problem solving is involved.
Mainstreaming. Inclusion is more than mainstreaming. Mainstreaming implies that a child from a special education class visits the regular class for specific, usually nonacademic, subjects. Inclusion means that a student with additional needs is part of the regular class, even if he or she receives occasional services in another setting.

• الطفل المندمج في بيئة طبيعية موجود فيها هو الطفل المشارك والمتفاعل مع مكونات هذه البيئة والمحقق للحد الأقصى لحاجاته وقدراته.
• الدمج عملية تستهدف كل الأطفال وتستلزم تطويراً مستمراً للبيئة لتصبح أكثر تحقيقاً لحاجات وقدرات كل الأطفال.
• ينبغي النظر إلى اندماج الطفل في ثلاث دوائر أساسية متداخلة ومتقاطعة وغير منفصلة في المجتمع وهي الأسرة والمدرسة والمجتمع المحلي.
• هذه المشاركة للطفل المندمج تبدأ منذ الولادة في الأسرة والمجتمع المحلي ومن عمر ثلاثة سنوات في المدرسة.
لماذا نستخدم تعبير "الحاجات الاضافية"؟
حاجـات الطفل: هي الحاجات الطبيعية لنماء أي طفل في العالم.
احتياجات الطفل: هي العناصر والظروف والوسائل الثابتة أو المتغيرة التي ينبغي توفرها بشكل آني أو دائم للأطفال لتلبية حاجاتهم وتحقيق قدراتهم.

ذوي الاحتياجات الإضافية: لهم نفس حاجات كل الأطفال ولهم احتياجات مختلفة ككل الأطفال ولهم احتياجات اضافية عن بقية الأطفال.

الدمج هو ...
فلسفة. انّه الإيمان بحقّ كل شخص في المشاركة في المجتمع بشكل كامل. يعني الدمج قبول الفوارق، أي إفساح المجال للآخر للحؤول دون تهميشه. تُعتبر ترجمة هذه الفلسفة إلى واقعٍ عمليّةً تقتضي التعاون، والعمل الجَماعي، والمرونة، والاستعداد للمُجازفة، ودعم مجموعةٍ كاملةٍ متكاملةٍ من الأفراد، والخدمات، والمؤسسات.

ممارسة. إنها عمليّة تربويّة حيث يكون التلامذة جميعهم، بما في ذلك ذوو الحاجات الإضافية، يدرسون مع بعضهم البعض، مع الدعم الكافي، وضمن الفئات العمريّة المناسبة، وفي إطار برامج تربوية عاديّة في المدارس المحليّة. تهدف التربية الدامجة إلى إعداد التلامذة كي تكون حياتهم منتجةً وكي يصبحوا أعضاءً يشاركون مشاركةً تامةً في مجتمعاتهم.

ليس الدمج ...
بدعة عابرة. أكّدت اتفاقيّات وقوانين عدّة حقَّ التلامذة ذوي الحاجات الإضافية بحضور الصفوف العادية بدوام كامل، عندما يكون لها منافعُ تربويّة بالنسبة للتلميذ. فيُعتبر الدمج، مع تركيزه على النتائج، التوجّه الحالي للمستقبل.

التخلّي عن الولد. لا يعني أن الولد ذا حاجات إضافية يتمّ وضعه في صف من دون أن يحظى بالدعم الملائم والخدمات المناسبة. لا يعني أنّه يتمّ فرض أعباءٍ هائلة على الأساتذة والتلامذة الآخرين، بل التخطيط الملي، والمراقبة المستمرّة، والدعم الكافي، تشكّل كلّها عناصرَ أساسيّة لإنجاح برامج الدمج.

عملية سهلة. يُعتبر الأهالي، والزملاء، والإداريون كلّهم شركاءً في عمليّة الدمج. وبالتالي، عليهم العمل يداً بيد من أجل إنجاحها وحلّ المشاكل التي تعترض سبيلهم.

حذرت دراسة مصرية من ظهور "لغة موازية" يستخدمها الشباب المصري والعربي في محادثاتهم عبر الإنترنت، تهدد مصير اللغة العربية
في الحياة اليومية لهؤلاء الشباب وتلقي بظلال سلبية على ثقافة وسلوك الشباب العربي بشكل عام.
واعتبرت الدراسة التي أعدها المركز القومي للبحوث الاجتماعية والجنائية بالقاهرة وحصلت الجزيرة نت على نسخة منها، أن اختيار الشباب ثقافة ولغة خاصة بهم هو تمرد على النظام الاجتماعي، لذلك ابتدعوا لونا جديدا من الثقافة لا يستطيع أحد فك رموزها غيرهم.
لكن خبراء تربويين قالوا إن استعمال الشباب لغة خاصة بهم ليس تمردا وإنما نوع من الهروب من المجتمع، وأن على الكبار
احترام لغتهم الجديدة وعدم الاستهزاء بها طالما أنها لا تتعارض مع الأداب العامة في المجتمع.
وركزت الدراسة على شريحة عشوائية من الشباب الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 15 و35 عاما، ورصدت وجود تأثير للإنترنت
على مفردات اللغة المتداولة بين الشباب على مواقع الإنترنت والمدونات وغرف المحادثات.
وأوضحت أن طبيعة الإنترنت باعتبارها وسيلة اتصال سريعة الإيقاع قد واكبتها محاولات لفرض عدد من المفردات السريعة والمختصرة للتعامل بين الشباب.

Internet language items threatens the Arabic language
An Egyptian survey warned of the emergence of ‘the counterbalancing language’ used by Egyptian and Arab youth in their online talks, threatens the fate of Arabic language in daily life of these young people and has the potential to negatively affect the culture and behavior of Arab youth in General.
The study prepared by the National Centre for Social and Criminological Research (NCSCR) in Cairo, found that the choice of young people their own culture and language is mutiny on the social order, so they innovated a new form of culture no one can decipher but them.
But pedagogists said that using youth a language of their own is not a mutiny but it's a kind of escape from society. Those experts added that the aged have to appreciate the new language of young people and not mocking them so long as they don't conflict with the common decency of society.
The study focused on a random sample of young people aged between 15 and 35 years, and detected an impact of the Internet on the language vocabulary commonly used among youth on websites, blogs and chat rooms.
The study demonstrated that the nature of the Internet as a fast-paced communication device has been accompanied by attempts to impose a number of simple and abbreviated items to deal with young people.

The idea that people have different thinking patterns is not new. Francis Galton, in Inquiries into Human Faculty and Development, wrote that while some people see vivid mental pictures, for others
"the idea is not felt to be mental pictures, but rather symbols of facts. In people with low pictorial imagery, they would remember their breakfast table but they could not see it."
It wasn't until I went to college that I realized some people are completely verb al and think only in words. I first suspected this when I read an article in a science magazine about the development of
tool use in prehistoric humans. Some renowned scientist speculate that humans had to develop language before they could develop tools. I thought this was ridiculous, and this article gave me the first inkling that my thought processes were truly different from those of many other people. When I invent things, I do not use language. Some other people think in vividly detailed pictures, but most think in a combination of words and vague, generalized pictures.
For example, many people see a generalized generic church rather than specific churches and steeples when they read or hear the word steeple. Their thought patterns move from a general concept to specific examples. I used to become very frustrated when a verbal thinker could not understand something I was trying to express because he or she couldn't see the picture that was crystal clear to me. Further, my mind constantly revises general concepts as I add new information to my memory library. It's like getting a new version of software for the computer. My mind readily accepts the new "software," though I have observed that some people often do not readily accept new information.
Unlike those of most people, my thoughts move from video -like, specific images to generalization and concepts. For example, my concept of dogs is inextricably linked to every dog I've ever known. It's as if I have a card catalogue of dogs I have seen, complete with pictures, which continually grows as I add more examples to my video library.		Translation - Arabic

على سبيل المثال، عندما يقرأ الناس أو يسمعون عبارة "برج كنيسة"، فإن الكثيرين يرون في أذهانهم كنيسةً نمطية بشكل عام دون رؤية كنائس أو أبراج بعينها. إن وتيرة تفكيرهم تنتقل من التصور العام إلى أمثلة محددة. عادةً ما كنت أشعر بإحباط شديد عندما لا يتمكن مفكر لغوي من فهم شيء أحاول التعبير عنه، لأنه لم يستطع رؤية الصورة التي كانت صافيةً كالبلور بالنسبة لي. علاوةً على ذلك، فإن عقلي يعدّل التصورات العامة باستمرار عندما أضيف معلومات جديدة إلى مكتبة ذاكرتي. يشبه ذلك إدخال نسخة برمجيات جديدة إلى الكمبيوتر. فعقلي يتقبل "البرنامج" الجديد في التوّ، رغم أنني لاحظت عدم تقبل بعض الأشخاص للمعلومات الجديدة بسرعة.
