Hello all,
I'm looking for a translation of the word "dottrina" in the following sentence, which is part of a Swiss property transfer agreement.
Importante notare come secondo dottrina il trasferimento giusta l’art. 8 cpv. 1 lit. d LAFE è consentito solo ed esclusivamente nel procedimento di realizzazione forzata rispettivamente del concordato.
Translation so far: It should be noted that according to the XXXX, the transfer in accordance with Article 8 para. 1(d) LAFE is only allowed in the foreclosure XXXX.
