Italian term

contrariis reiectis

Italian to English Law/Patents Law: Taxation & Customs Latin formula
Hi, me again, this is the last one:

Now,I KNOW this is Latin and not Italian, but it's in an IT set of pleadings and from my research it appears to be the standard start to such documents in Italy. I'm at the loss as to whether there is an exactly equivalent formula in EN or else how to best render it short of leaving it in Latin, but since it is not at all used in EN, this course of action may lead to more harm than good.

All suggestions appreciated! Here is the way the phrase appears:

"May it please His Honour the Justice of the Peace of Sienna, contrariis reiectis, to order ..."

Once more MTIA.
