Da Italiano a Inglese Medico/Sanitario Medicina (generale) extract from the Official Gazette of the Republic of Italy
"Estratto determinazione V&A N/V No."

I have seen two other questions on Pro-z asking about the N/V in this context, but neither of the answers to these questions actually say what the N/V stands for.... any ideas about this part?
