[heading in this same spreadsheet]

first entry under this heading:

Sélection en temps réel, détection et marquage pour calculs ultérieurs des dépenses susceptibles d’être amortissables, peu importe leur fonds d’origine, tels:

'- honoraires professionnels;

[I hope that is enough context.]

Yes, I didn't feel right going with 'amortization'. Now that you post this, Charlie, of course I realize I have seen this term before...;)

Thank you to both of you for responding.

repayment schedule

échéances are instalments
amortissement can have several meanings, including some not appropriate here (e.g. depreciation), but a common meaning that seems to fit with your list is that of paying back a debt (over a period of time), not disimilar to the English amortization (which I thinkk only applies, however, to loans, not other debts).

And hence my suggestion.

amortization payments

I don't believe that this expression is filed under the correct Proz category - perhaps it should be placed under finance.

What I think your text is describing is perhaps a computer application that will generate/calculate tables of "amortization payments". The first entry provides details on some of the requirements of this application, e.g. that it should be able to handle real-time financial data.

Found in the pdf file at the site below:

Amortization payments are calculated to include both interest and principal due.
