Request to change a **publisher’s terms**
(increasing the rate, an exclusive promo code)


To request a higher rate for a publisher from a particular advertiser, open the card of the affiliate program, click “Run new business process,” and name it according to your request.



In the window that opens, fill out the required fields: the login, ad space, period and percent of the rate increase, and the event you are requesting the increase for.


Click “Start” after the request form is complete.


When you do so, a task will be created for the manager in charge of the affiliate program. The text of the task is generated automatically (in Russian and English) based on the parameters that you entered when launching the business process.

Helpful Hint: discuss with the advertisers the terms of participation for publishers, such as banning dishonest affiliates from the event in question. A publisher who was noticed driving incentive traffic, brand bidding, or using ad creatives with no prior approval from the advertiser will be barred from the event.


The request for an exclusive coupon is created in a similar way, by launching a “Request for Exclusive coupon” business process in the program’s card.
