This term appears in the context of a set of court transcripts. One party is arguing that the other cannot present new evidence. Below is the paragraph in which the term appears:

E' infatti, contrario al principio dispositivo che regola il processo “si verrebbe altrimenti a formare una categoria di prove tutta sui generis, che si potrebbe definire “iussu sententie”, attendendo la pronuncia di primo grado per stabilire, in base ad essa, quali prove presentare e quali no”.
