This is a system whereby a company is taxed as if it is a partnership where the partnership pays no tax itsefl, while the partners are each taxed on the basis of their share of the partnership's profits partnership taxation. In the United States this is called "flow through" taxation. It has no name in the UK. I know of no other country which allows this option, only available recently in Italy.
