For this result, I thought 'satisfactory', but the overall mark is 116/120 for a laurea in medicina veterinaria and 'satisfactory' does not seem to reflect this high mark.
Any ideas?

It is a passing grade...it is a pretty good score percentage wise, but I'd hesitate to add another adjective if it is not in the Italian
