Qualcuno mi sa spiegare cos'è esattamente un "ente di utilizzazione" oppure sa come si traduce in inglese normalmente?
Stiamo parlando di un contratto per la costruzione di un'acciaieria e uno dei requisiti sarebbe la "soddisfazione dell'ente di utilizzazione".
