The computation of discharge time (laytime) will be made pursuant to WIBON (Whether in berth or not), WIPON (Whether in port or not), WFPON (Whether in free practice or not), and WCCON (Whether customs cleared or not) conditions. The discharge rate shall be four thousand five hundred (4.500) metric tons per weather working day of 24 consecutive hours, provided however that there shall be four vessel cranes operating at the same time; otherwise, any resulting delay in discharge operations caused by a vessel crane breakdown or any other vessel problem (not originated from stevedores or third parties) will not be computed as laytime on a pro rata basis. If work performed during rain periods, half such time used to count.
