Italian term

extracontabilmente

I don't know the mechanics of accelerated depreciation very well, but what is the proper term for "extracontabilmente"? Anyone? I keep on thinking "off books" but that can't be right.

I can't ask the boyfriend, he's super-busy today trying to figure out Bernanke's speech....

Note from asker:
Thanks Pamela! But if it's in accelerated ammortisation, can it really be off the books? Don't companies have to make accounting entries for amm. anticipati? I honestly haven't a clue. Thanks for looking in the Codeluppi for me!! I think I am being to picky, and I should just translate what is in front of me, maybe. :)) A little accounting knowledge is a dangerous thing! Cheers, KZ
