Report from  Ayumi Anraku
1st Hangzhou Translator Meetup was in Huanglong Maan Cafe and we had 4 attendees in total.
We introduced ourselves to begin the meeting: all of us were women, 2 with working experience and 2 were students interested in translation. It was good to have a varied meeting, each participant was from a different country: Brazil, Japan, China and Poland.

We had a nice time together talking about things related and unrelated to translation and interpretation, but the main topics related to translation were:
- Each participant’s experience with translation
- Translation and interpretation rates in China
- Proz: what is it about (resources, translator directory, term search, job postings, etc.)
- Searching for jobs online
- CAT Tools (main functionalities)

It was a pleasant experience and I think we could all learn from each other. Thank you for all who attended, looking forward to see you again in future meetups!

-CAT Tools
(Thank you 徐梦瑶 for checking the Chinese translation.)
