Comment: "è assodato che domestic significa sia "interno", come sinonimo di "nazionale", sia "della casa". Mi avete aiutata a riflettere che qui di "servizi domestici" si tratta, anche perché subito dopo l'autore fa una battuta su "fat cats and hairdressers"."

Questo il link (senza oppinioni politici)...non mi sembra essere lavori a domicilio, ma nel settore nazionale di servizi come ristoranti, bar, abbigliamento etc etc.
