Bio
BA in English and Linguistics from the University of Manitoba, Legal Translation training from the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
Growing up bilingual and in two countries, I developed a passion for using language to bridge gaps across international and cultural borders. Throughout my experience, translation has opened many doors for me into different fields. I have worked on many different texts and projects, including patents, contracts, government memos and publications, drug reports and authorizations, medical research articles, user manuals for lab equipment and software, among others. I am also an expert proofreader and reviser.
My focus is to always have the best degree of quality in my work, to keep learning and challenging myself, and to bridge gaps using language in ways that can make a positive difference.
