The carefully chosen venue for this occasion is a gorgeous heritage building in the heart of the city: Restaurant 1903, fittingly named after its year of establishment and located within the historical Society Complex. Paired with such an emblematic stage, Surabaya guests hungry for something different will enjoy a special menu featuring the six tastiest tapas ever served by Cuca. Among classics like “BBQ Octopus” and “Bali Breakfast”, Bali’s famed restaurant is also bringing its latest creations “Baked Scallops” and “Meat and Potatoes”, as always showcasing the best products Indonesia has in offer.
Cuca, determined to bring its true soul all the way to Surabaya, is flying its founding team and partnering with young and driven entrepreneur William Soegiantho, who helms the ambitious “Society Complex” project and has keenly offered his venue and squad to deliver two unforgettable soirees.
