In vielen Rezept spricht man von "Fischfond". Das ist ja das Wasser des gegarten Fisches evtl. mit Gemüse Gewürzen uns Salz.

: stimmt, aber im Fall des Tintenfisches ist es viel Wasser, während Fond laut Duden "beim Braten oder Schmoren zurückgebliebener Fleischsaft" ist, also hoch konzentriert
