I don't understand what they mean by presupporre here and cannot find an English translation for malificenza.
Any ideas?

I'm looking at the sentence more contextually, and this appears to work. In any case, the second part appears to echo the Hippocratic Oath--that's my thinking. You might want to explore variations on that.

I would like to add that my "doing no harm" includes the "non" in front of "malificenza." It is certainly beneficienza's antonym!
