This came up in a translation I worked on recently. I'm not completely satisfied with it but it'll do.
You could also use "company" instead of enterprise.

neutral John Walsh : Usually "intercompany" is used to describe transactions that take place between companies of the same group. Here we're speaking about collaboration between different companies working at the same construction site.
