This is from a slide presentation on company quality control goals. There are many fine entries in the glossary for Kennzahlen, including indicators, key figures, operating numbers, metrics. But none of these terms would work in this sentence:

: Or "achievable", but yes, they are targets. It is a standard qulity point that targets have to realistic/achievable, otherwise they are fantasy, and no real control.

"Kennzahl" is usually translated as "key ratio" in in financial contexts.

This is often used as an acceptable translation of "Kennzahlen". "Indicators" is too technical for my feeling (would be used in financial reporting but not in a general presentation).
