German term
Hervorhebung diesseits
German to English
Law/Patents
Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright
Appears a few times in text, always after a quote from a reference document (a contested patent). I am thinking of using something along the lines of "emphasis", but thought I'd throw it out there to see if anyone has come across it before, or has any ideas. Here is example of context:
„ (Hervorhebung diesseits)

emphasis added
I always use this term as it is obvious that the emphasis was added "at our side/end", as far as I know the term "diesseits" is used by German attorneys but not that commonly by German patent attorneys
