Braille literacy work
Used in a document bemoaning the lack of basic tools needed for literacy work for the blind in Cameroon. Does anyone happen to know the correct terminology for the term "poinçon" here - is it a punch of some sort? And how does one translate "tablette" correctly here, please? The sentence it comes from:
