agree  jean-jacques alexandre: although I agree on the choice of "fresh herbs",why salad ? quinoa is also eaten ( delicious) warm

  -> you're right, it's not necessarily a salad. I usually think of warm quinoa as a soupy (or oatmeal-like) food, at least that's how I've eaten it, so that if I think of it 'with fresh herbs' a salad comes to mind, but I may have been a bit too specific.

I also found a few other ghits with recipes "aux appétits", one had shallots and parsley, one was for sea bass "aux appétits" but no indication of the ingredients
