Asker: Es ist mir noch nicht ganz klar. Könnte man sagen, der Pazient erklärt das Phenomen indem er über sich nachdenkt und *es ihm auffällt*, dass der Gedanke nicht von ihm kommt und so muss er einem anderen gehören)?

Asker: das ist klar, ich hab mich vielleicht falsch ausgedrückt (wollte sagen: er muss mir von einem anderen kommen). Der Punkt ist aber, ob das als Überlegung angesehen werden kann. Which suggests itself = "es fällt ihm ein".
