Today I'm going to show you how to make silk purse out of a sow's ear. We will cook from the leftovers. The main role will be yesterday's potatoes. In addition, a piece of tramp cigar, one onion, one garlic, a piece of rosemary, paprika from the garden and one egg. You put a little lard in the pan, let it heat up and add the potatoes. Salt them lightly and start roasting. Put them in the pan according to how long each ingredient needs to be roasted. So you add a diagonally sliced cigar to the golden potatoes and when they start to go brown, add the onion. Fry for two to three minutes and add chopped pepper. And you continue at a leisurely pace... roughly chopped rosemary, it will smell in your nose in a moment. Put one egg in a non-stick pan without fat, I have two yolks. Add one clove of sliced garlic to the pan. And we go to last minute. Now put it all on a plate and put the egg twins up on the throne. If you have small eggs at home, feel free to add two. Freshly ground pepper is a must. And some spring onions for a fresh effect in the mouth. And finally, to annoy people who don't like the sliced yolks. It costs less than 30 czech crowns. So bye!

Holt my Češi a optimismus, že jo...

: Jiří má asi pravdu, prý "házet hrách na stěnu" má stejný význam jako "plést z hovna bič".
