nella parte frontale a cascata
io tradurrei semplicemente "parte frontale a cascata", in quanto non vedo elementi che indichino un drappeggio vero e proprio

: drappeggio viene usato comunemente x cardigan, cappotti, impermeabili ecc. quindi è + che indicato x una toga di laurea che, tra l'altro, è drappeggiata e a cascata anche nella parte posteriore - così anche nel sito asos.com
