This is a 429 row x 10 column spreadsheet, and the 2 columns in question are headed "Description du test case" and "Résultat attendu". There's no clear example of a "prestation", though I imagine this may be a change in type / number of vehicles, insurance, maintenance etc. "Service" doesn't seem quite to fit. I've provisionally used "contractual arrangement" since all the "prestations" are the subject of contracts. Here are 3 out of very many examples (with a taste of the author's style and spelling ...):
Description du test case
vérifier que les prestations sont prolongées
Résultat atendu
Les prestations doivent être prolongées en conformité avec le réaj
Description du test case
vérifier le statut, la date de fin des prestations et des flux de facturation
Résultat atendu
le statut doit passer en TER et toutes les prestations et flux de factu doivent être arrétés à la date de restit
Description du test case
Ajouter la prestation demandée par le client
Résultat atendu
Saisir la ou les prestations

: It's what I use for prestación in Spanish too (idea is prestar servicios: provide services).

Performance / Benefit
It is not easy to say with this information. As the table is for tests then I would think that the columns you have there are for the clients expected results and the others for actual results.

requirement
Maybe the option to service?
