Yes, please do post a new question for fixation complet avec rail en aluminium et chaine

The télécommandes are remote controls for the garage door opener.

Clanola that website you gave me was great.

i had a good look and its really useful only problem is my mechanical knowledge is not great. Legal translator mostly!

what is the fixation complet avec rail en aluminium et chaine?
maybe i need to post it as a separate question.

is it just a rail made in aluminium and a chain? I really dont know!
walkerk (asker) Aug 19, 2010:
are the telecommandes not remote controls though?? thats wby i mentioned remote control

i thought it was all remote control operated
Bourth (X) Aug 18, 2010:
Infomercial warning Silly me! I took "this is integrated lighting on a car" at face value.

Dominator Garage Doors, my brother, who runs a garage door and door opener repair company, knows them well. If anyone in Christchurch NZ needs a garage door repaired, let me know and I'll put you in touch!
Travelin Ann Aug 18, 2010:
Good catch, Clanola -
Claire Nolan Aug 18, 2010:
Isn't this a kit for an automatic garage door opener (your text makes reference to remote controls)? This courtesy light would be overhead in the garage, I think, not inside the car.

Thanks, Clanola
agree chris collister : I've always thought "courtesy" lights a bit twee. Just "integral (rather than integrated) light" would do it for me.

thanks, your option works. "Courtesy" is a bit of marketing-speak

underbonnet light as standard OR built-in

While "courtesy lights" exist, I associate them with the passenger compartment. Even in the boot/trunk, I think I would call it a "boot light".

As for intégré, I wonder if it means it's a standard fitting (not an option), in which case it could also be said to be "built-in", though "built-in" could also be by contrast to "added by a subsequent owner".

However, "underbonnet light" appears to be said éclairage sous le capot or lampe sous le capot :

Said of an MGF (see above) :

L'éclairage du compartiment du passager inclut des lampes jumelles au niveau du rétroviseur, l'éclairage de l'interrupteur d'allumage, la lampe de la boîte à gant et deux lampes de pied.
