Missing columns TM Lookup window

Hi everyone, I could use some help with the display of the TM Lookup window. Normally, the results display the segment ID, Source and Target segments, leverage score, TM Name, User Name, and Date/Time of update to TM.
However, I only see ID, TM name, User Name and Date/Time. Not really helpful...
Does anyone know how I can restore this? This happened afterI updated to the latest version of Wordfast Pro.
