I have paid in full, cash, more than two weeks ago for a domain name and hosting, but
have received none yet.

Monika suggested to submit a support request, and provided a direct link to the web form. (Given recent misunderstandings, allow me to clarify that a support request is a request posted through this form - sending an email does not get you anywhere.)

Posting a forum message is not the best way to address this issue - particularly if you choose a forum that is designed to discuss these forums.... See more
