Per la cena di gala, mi sono affidata al Ristorante Exe 1985, presso l'Hotel Executive in cui si terrà la Conferenza, per ridurre al minimo gli spostamenti dopo una giornata impegnativa e agevolare anche chi decide di fermarsi a dormire per visitare poi Modena la domenica.

Il menù pubblicato è l'opzione "sofisticata", che combina i prodotti tipici del territorio con le fantastiche abilità dello chef, io ho poi qualche idea per il menù vegano, v... See more
