English to Russian Bus/Financial Finance (general) software reseller agreement

In some instances, Vendor may work directly with one of the Company’s strategic partners or service providers and be charged directly by that third party, based on a separate agreement between Vendor and the third party, even when the third party’s service is technically integrated with the the Company's Service.
