My client will not tolerate that any advantage be taken out of this unpleasant situation to expose its business with some threatening calculations of liability issues which my client is fully unrelated with. If your clients wish not to pursue the negotiations, it will be at their own costs and my client reserves all its rights to claim damages in this respect.
Under the circumstances, an agreement can only take place if and when all parties are satisfied with its terms and conditions and it is certainly neither appropriate for any of them to consider that achieved prior to their final and binding arrangement nor to make inconsiderate precautious conjectures.
