This is very useful and can be a help when a client moans about costs or is not convinced that his text has to be changed somehow to be useful in another country!

Good article; particularly the point about not trying to literally translate metaphors or slogans. You have to get at the emotions being spoken to in the source text and find out what in the target language elicits the same feelings.
