Source text - English As with many other cognitive ability dimensions, a strict definition of spatial ability has not yet been arrived at. Drawing up a satisfactory definition presents problems, because it is sometimes unclear from analysis of relevant cognitive tasks how respondents actually process the tasks they are presented with. Nevertheless, researchers appear to be gradually reaching agreement on what is meant by spatial ability. Lohman (1988, 1994), Linn and Petersen (1985) and Carpenter and Just (1986) define spatial ability as an individual’s ability to form sufficiently accurate mental representations of an object, transform them mentally, and maintain the internal representation of the object throughout the transformation process.

Translation - English The Project is to build the manufacturing plant for nitrile gloves in Donghae City in the Republic of Korea, with 52 million boxes of production capacity a year.
Total investment in the Project is 190 million US Dollars for land purchasing, building construction, manufacturing lines & equipment, and the first three months operating expenditures.
The useful life of our nitrile glove plant is ten years, it’s estimated financial performance during this period is as below.

The plant’s location is the Free Trading Zone in Donghae City, a coastal city adjacent to the East Sea. Free Trade Zone provides infrastructures including electricity, water, and waste-water treatment. It furnishes tax benefits to companies in the Zone, too. The Donghae harbor, having a loading/unloading capacity of three million TEU, is very close to the Zone. The distance from the plant to YangYang International Airport is less than one hour.
The primary target market is the US, EU, and Korea. The US is facing a supply shortage of nitrile gloves. This supply shortage is due to low quality, labor human rights, and political conflict from major nitrile gloves manufacturing countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, and China.
Compared to the countries mentioned above, Korea is more transparent, human rights friendly, and politically close with the US and Europe. Korea also has the most stable industrial infra such as utilities, logistics, and labor. Korea has signed an FTA with the US and Europe. The basic tariffs of nitrile gloves in the US and EU are 3% and free, respectively.
We are cooperating with major importers in the US and Europe. Our sales partners are trading 200 million boxes a year. 70% of our production amount will be supplied to the partners in the US and Europe.
