LONDON - The Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) announced today that ABC, part of the Richemont Group, has achieved certification by meeting the highest ethical, social and environmental standards established by the RJC’s Member Certification system.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) BETWEEN YOU (THE PURCHASER, AS “YOU” OR “LICENSEE”) AND XXX, A DIVISION OF ABC, LLC (“XXX”). The Media Producer License includes:
1. Mechanical rights

2. Synchronization rights
The right to use the Recording as a soundtrack "synced" with visual images, or sounds as part of your product/production.
3. Public Performance Broadcast rights
The right to use the Recording as part of the public viewing or broadcast of your product/production, including but not limited to videos, dvds, web sites, podcasts, multimedia presentations, films, television, and radio.
REPRESENTATION
XXX or its licensors (“Licensor”) owns and controls the rights represented herein with respect to the Recordings that are subject to this Agreement. Licensor has and will hold throughout the Territory and during the Term the above listed rights to exploit the Recordings as set forth herein. Licensor shall indemnify and hold you harmless from any and all claims, liabilities and costs, losses, damages or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of any breach of these representations.
YOU THE PURCHASER MAY:
1. Use the Recordings (as part of your product/production) for your lifetime, within different or various works or projects as you see fit.
2. Publicly perform the Recordings (as part of your product/production) over any public or private medium that complies with FCC guidelines.
3. Transfer the Recordings to any medium necessary (video, film, reel to reel, digital, etc.) to complete your product/production and distribute it.
4. For audio-only projects you must combine the sound recordings with other audio elements so that your product/production is "substantially different" from the Recording itself. If you have any questions about your particular usage please contact us.
5. Use the Recordings for any visual productions (film, video, tv, etc.) in their entire length and these productions may be duplicated without restriction.
LIMITATIONS
The Recordings may not be resold as part of other music or audio-related collections, in part or in whole. They may not be used or resold as a commodity except as part of a media production that is clearly unique and distinct from the track itself. Recordings may not be copied or duplicated except for use in the licensee's productions and must only be used by the person to whom the license was given. Tracks may not be traded or exploited for profit or any other reason. Licensor maintains all intellectual property rights with regard to the marketing and sales of all Recording tracks and any infringement thereof is punishable by law.
YOU THE PURCHASER MAY NOT:
1. Re-record or change the Recordings in any way without the written consent of Licensor.
2. Claim ownership or authorship of the Recordings represented under this Agreement.
3. Transfer, share or sub-lease this license agreement with any other party.
4. Sell the Recordings contained herein outright to any other individual or party. (Although the Recordings can be sold as part of your product/production.)
TERM
This license agreement is effective for the lifetime of the purchaser.
TERRITORY
The world.
This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and XXX. Purchasing and use of any recordings from XXX or its authorized distributors via any means constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Source text - Korean 북한 리스크의 상승은 정보가 실시간으로 반영되는 우리나라 금융시장에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상된다. 실제로 북한의 핵실험과 같은 군사적 사건들이 한국 금융시장에 표면적인 영향을 주었는지를 살펴보기 위해 아래 표에서는 북한의 차례의 핵실험을 기준으로 사건 당일 금융시장의 변화를 관찰하였다. 북한의 네 차례 핵실험 당일 금융시장의 반응은 대체로 주가하락 금리하락 환율상승으로 나타났음을 확인할 수 있다. 또한, 외환시장에서는 제1차 핵실험으로 인하여 환율이 상승 원화 평가절하하는 반응을 보였으나, 그 반응 폭이 제1차 핵실험보다 제2차 핵실험에서 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 북한 핵실험에 따른 주식시장의 반응은 주가하락으로 나타나 외환시장과 주식시장에서 북한 리스크는 모두 부정적인 결과를 가져왔다. 다만 리스크 발발 당일의 반응으로 살펴볼 때 금융시장에서 반복적인 북한 핵실험으로 인한 시장의 파급효과가 대체로 작아지는 것으로 보인다. 그러나 표에서 살펴본 북한의 핵실험 발발 당일의 금융시장 반응에서는 북한 리스크가 금융시장에 미치는 영향뿐만 아니라 금융시장에 나타난 환율 및 주가에 영향을 주는 기타 결정요인들의 변화까지 반영되어 나타난 결과이기 때문에 순수하게 북한의 핵 리스크가 금융시장에 미친 영향이라고 해석하는 데에는 한계가 있을 것이다. 만약 다른 요인들이 미치는 영향을 제외하고 북한의 핵 리스크가 각 금융시장에 미치는 영향을 정확히 분석할 수 있다면 추가적인 북한의 핵 리스크 발생에 정책적으로 대응하는 데 있어서 그 비용과 편익을 적절히 추정할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 북한의 핵 리스크가 우리나라 금융시장별로 미치는 영향을 더욱 자세히 분석하고자 몇 가지 측면에서 새로운 방법론적 시도를 하였다. 우선 북한의 핵 리스크를 측정한 지표에 대한 계량화를 시도하였다.
Translation - English The rising risk of North Korea is expected to have a negative impact on South Korea’s financial markets where information is reflected on a real-time basis. The changes in the financial markets on the day North Korea attempted a nuclear test were observed in order to see if North Korea’s military events such as nuclear tests did really affect the financial markets of South Korea (See the table below). The market reaction to four nuclear tests mostly involved a fall in stock prices and interest rates and a rise in foreign exchange rates. The foreign exchange market showed a rise in exchange rates due to the first nuclear test, meaning a fall in the value of South Korea’s currency (Korean won, KRW), the magnitude of the market reaction after the second test, however, decreased more than the first test. As the stock market also showed a fall in prices, the risk of North Korea resulted in a negative impact on the foreign exchange and stock markets. The impact, however, seemed to decrease as the nuclear test occurred repeatedly while observing the market reaction. Nonetheless, it is hard to conclude that the impact on the financial markets is only from the nuclear risk of North Korea because the market reaction described in the table reflects not only the impact of the risk of North Korea but also changes in other factors affecting foreign exchange rates and stock prices. If it is possible to analyze the sole impact of the nuclear risk of North Korea on each financial market accurately by isolating the effect of other factors, the cost and benefit of a government policy managing a nuclear risk that could reoccur may be adequately estimated. Therefore, a new methodological approach was tested in several aspects in order to analyze the impact of the nuclear risk of North Korea on each financial market more accurately in this paper. First of all, a quantification approach to an index measuring the nuclear risk of North Korea was tested.
