반면 한국 정부는 외국인에게도 확고한 재산권을 보장하고 있다. 전 세계 최고 수준의 부동산, 회사등기 제도와 물권법을 갖추고 있다. 미국조차 정부 부동산 등기제도는 부족한 점이 많다. 한국은 상위법, 하위법 구분이 명확하고, 행정법원이 독립돼 있다. 심지어 친일파 재산조차도 최근 법 개정이 되기 전에는 재산권 보호가 우선순위였기에 몰수 할 수 없었다. 그만큼 이미 외국인들이 안심하고 투자할 수 있는 법적 제도가 완비돼 있다.
게다가 법원은 국내 정서, 정치권 외압이 있더라도 비교적 법리적인 해석을 중시한다. 국민적 지탄의 대상이 됐던 론스타 사건도 결국 무죄판결을 받았다. 미국에서 델라웨어주는 포춘 500대 기업의 절반이 등록돼 있다. 가장 중요한 이유는 법원이 공정하고 미국 최고의 판사들이 모여 있어 비즈니스 전문성을 갖추고 있기 때문이다.		Translation - English

Also consider Dellaware in the U.S. The state has half of Fortune 500 companies registered, mainly because it is well-known for fair trial and the nation's best judges equipped with business expertise.
