1. Da dovada de lipsa de implicare; activitatea pe care o desfasoara este
doar conjuncturala, efortul depus fiind
foarte redus. De cele mai multe ori sta in coltul lui/ei si asteapta ca ceilalti sa se implice, fără a avea nici un moment in vedere obiectivele echipei.
2. Actiunile sale dau rar dovada de implicare; efortul depus este redus, iar dinamica actiunilor sale nu este de multe ori cea asteptata. Se axeaza in principal pe
activitatile care-i plac si cu care e obisnuit/a fara a avea neaparat o legatura cu obiectivele de realizat. De atingerea obiectivelor echipei se ocupa doar atunci cand i se cere in mod repetat sau daca sta cineva cu ochii pe el/ea.
3. Da dovada de implicare si efort moderat; ii place ceea ce face, dar in cazul solutionarii unor activitati mai dificile ii scade dinamismul si energia. Porneste bine, urmareste obiectivele echipei se preocupa de bunul mers al activitatilor pana la un anumit punct, când se poate intampla sa le abandoneze sau sa le amane in favoarea altora care-i sunt mai confortabile.
4. Frecvent este implicat/a si depune eforturi
pentru a-si atinge obiectivele; i se potriveste ceea ce face, insa se intampla sa-i mai scada uneori energia in actiunile foarte dificile. Doreste sa demonstreze
ca este o persoana de incredere, pe care echipa se poate baza.
5. Da continuu dovada de implicare si efort sustinut; "punand suflet" In actiunile intreprinse. Atunci cand se angreneaza
intr-o activitate isi impune sa dea cat mai
mult si sa fie la inaltimea asteptarilor. Urmareste permanent realizarea obiectivelor echipei.



Translation - English
1. The person is rather not involved/ proves/shows lack of involvement, the activity performed is rather circumstantial, the effort (made) is very low. Very often, he stands in the corner, waiting for the others to get involved, not for a moment taking into consideration the team's objectives.
2. His/her actions seldom prove /show involvement; the effort is low and the dynamics of the actions is hardly the expected one. The main focus is on the actions he / she likes and is used to, without any connection to the objectives which are to be achieved. He /she deals with the achievement of the objectives only when he/she is repeatedly asked to, or when is being watched.
3. The person proves/shows involvement and moderate effort; he/she likes what she/he does, but if there are some activities more difficult to be worked out/ solved the dynamism and energy drop off./decrease. He/she starts well, aims the objectives of the team, is interested in the good evolution/ running of the activities up to a certain point, when he/she may happen to abandon or postpone them, preffering activities/ in favor of others / more comfortable for him/ her.
4. The person is often involved and makes efforts to achieve the objectives. The activities suits him/her well, but it happens sometimes to lower in energy in performing very difficult activities. He/she wants to prove he/she is a trusty person, the team can rely on.
5. The person proves/shows continuous involvement and constant effort, putting heart (and soul ) into his/her actions.
When he/she engages in an activity, he/she wants to do as much as he/she can, to reach the expectations. He/she is permanently concerned with the achievement of the team objectives.

Bio
Born and raised in a small town in Romania, I left home with a great desire of learning more about foreign languages, people, human relationships, and about.. the world, in general.

Part of my curiosity was completed. So, I graduated the Faculty of Letters, having now a B.A. in English and Latin. I continued my studies in the Human Resources field, as I felt I had a "crash" on people and good communication skills. So, I have now a Postuniversitary Degree in the Management of Human Resources, and still working in the field.
Then, I thought it wasn't fair for "my first love" (that being the French language) to let it down; so, I followed DALF courses (Diplôme approfondi de langue française) and got the certification of French-language abilities for non-native speakers of French.
