Users and Groups Management

The Users and Groups Management menu provides the user with features to manage operators, define their roles, reset passwords, manage groups, create user associations and to manage organizational nodes.

The Users and Groups Management features are available to several types of users including those displayed in the following table:

The Collection Manager has visibility and operating privileges limited to Organization Nodes hierarchically equal to or below their own.

The Collection Agency Manager has visibility and operating privileges limited to their own Organizational Node, to the External Collection Agency that they belong to and only to agency roles.

The Supervisor has visibility and operating privileges limited to Organization Nodes hierarchically equal to their own and to the groups to which they belong.

Users list

By clicking on the sub-menu ‘Users List’, the system loads the following screen:

It consists of a paginated list of all the registered users on the system. The user can carry out searches using filters as described in the relevant section.

If the user clicks on the "Add new user" button, CLever displays the following screen:

All fields are mandatory:

Culture: Represents the language in which CLever is displayed by the user, and also determines the standards applied to the date format, decimal separator, etc.

Selected cultures: currently only some cultures are available. For each of these, the date format, decimal separator, etc. have been defined, but the translation of web screens may not have been defined. So if you try to create a user characterized by a culture that lacks a translation, the new user will see CLever in English (U.S.).

Organizational Node: by clicking on the icon Clever opens a search window in which the Organizational Tree is displayed with all nodes expanded. The user must select a node (see Section )

System display: The display is based solely on the search and display features, and not on processing features. This setting can assume one of the following categories:

Hierarchical: the user has visibility of Collection Cases linked to the organizational node to which it pertains and also to all those connected to nodes hierarchically dependent on their organization:

Bank: The user has visibility of the Collection Cases linked to all nodes dependent on the referenced Head quarter (level 2 node), or on all cases handled in the scope of the affiliated Bank:

Role: Each user can hold one or more roles. If you selected a role between Junior Phone Operator and Senior Phone Operator, the page refreshes with the list of groups in which the new user being created can be inputted:

The new parameter "pages to display", appears and may assume one of the following categories:

Agenda

Non-programmed call (See Section 3)

Each user of type Junior Phone Operator and Senior Phone Operator can be associated with one or more groups. If you de-select both of the operator’s roles, the Groups section is no longer displayed.

The list of groups will also be displayed for the Supervisor role. Each group must be connected to a user covering the role of Supervisor.

The Collection Agency Manager and Collection Agency Operator roles can not be held at the same time in one or more internal roles (Back office, Supervisor, Junior Phone Operator, Senior Phone Operator).

If you have selected a role between Collection Agency Manager and Collection Agency Operator, the page is updated with the list of External Collection Agencies to which the new user being inputted can be linked:

Each user of type Agency must be linked to one and only one Recovery Agency previously registered on the system (See Section )

Once a process is selected, CLever cross references the organizational nodes of user and agency (see Section ) and display the groups in which the user being created can be inputted (if available):

The parameter "System Display” defaults to "hierarchical" and is non-modifiable.

By clicking on Save, the new user is saved to the system and at the same time is assigned a password for their first access:

The manager can decide to send the password directly to the email address of the new user, by selecting the check box "Send credentials".

By clicking on Continue, CLever displays the user list again.

For each user created by the system, the manager can:

Edit the data and settings (except username) by clicking on

Reset the password, creating a new temporary password to be amended at first login by the user by clicking on

Delete the user from the system by clicking on

CLever verifies if the changes comply with the cross reference between the user organizations, the group in which it is inputted and the Supervisor of the group and will notify the user of any discrepancies (see later in this Section).

Deleting a user connected to a specific Agency Contract (see section, locked outcomes management) results in the user being notified.

Necesitamos empatar a goles.

World Exclusive: CHAMPIONS LEAGUE - Quarter-final Second Leg

No ‘Special’ Comeback

Mourinho believes tie is dead and buried, but Harry dreams of the comeback to end all.

DAMIEN REA - 13/04/2011

Jose Mourinho has taunted Spurs ahead of their Champions League Quarter final 2nd league, by focusing yesterdays press conference on the upcoming games against Barca rather than tonight’s opponents.

The quiet streets around White Hart Lane were disturbed by a rowdy visitor yesterday as ‘The Special One’, Jose Mourinho, rolled into town, out of character, trying his best not to disrupt the peace. Facing the press at Tottenham, scruffy yet relaxed, the former Chelsea manager was alongside French legend Zinedine Zidane acting in an ambassadorial role and Xabi Alonso, drawing the short straw in adherence to UEFA red tape. However, in a clear indication that Mourinho believes that the tie is a foregone conclusion, the bored looking Portuguese focused on the upcoming quartet of games against Barcelona, treating the impending Quarter Final return league as more of a distraction and nuisance.

Though clearly just a sound-bite, and in an attempt to not provoke an angry reaction from Spurs, Mourinho stressed "For me, the games against Barca mean nothing right now", diverting a weighted question from a Brazilian journalist he confidently added "the most important game is tomorrow. I cannot remember the last time Madrid were not in a Champions League Semi-final. The Tottenham game will be a great occasion." But Spurs are merely a stepping stone in his masterplan.

The confident Madrid squad arrived in London with domestic football on Saturday foremost in their minds. Varying levels of confidence however. Victory last weekend against old Basque rivals Athletic Bilbao has raised the spirit of the foreign players, the likes of Kaka, Marcelo, Pepe and Özil, maybe too much. The Spanish players however are more reserved. They have had enough experience with Barcelona than to count their chickens for the upcoming matches, aware of the hard slog that awaits them back in Spain, for them this quarter final tie is a break from the ‘real’ business ahead. In recent days Mourinho mind games have left Spanish journalist scratching their heads regarding his tactics for the upcoming Barcelona games, with rumors circulating that he will use a defensive approach, three central midfielders defending his backline. This top secret approach for Barcelona is in stark contrast with his openness when quizzed about his tactics in tonights game.

Within the squad, it is clear that all minds are focused on the bigger events on Saturday. Real are struggling to motivate themselves for tonight’s game, following the 4-0 thrashing of Spurs in Madrid. Mourinho is having to get inside his players heads, something that he Is more than capable of doing. If his team defeat Spurs, the Portuguese will have come out on top in 14 consecutive cup competition matches since 2009.

Harry Redknapp, taking charge of his last training session before the game was keen to encourage his players to believe in the impossible. "This is football, "he said, "and in football, sometimes, miracles happen. We need to draw level. I'd be satisfied if we got them to a penalty shootout. That is what we have worked towards all week. "

Mourinho nodded nanchently when he was made aware of Harry’s comments: "I agree with him. This is why I say that we have to respect Spurs and we have to respect football. This game can betray you sometimes. We have to be professional regarding the task ahead. The likes of me and Xabi (Alonso) are familiar with the mentality of the English teams and English fans. But remember that, if they wish to beat us, Spurs will not just have to be concerned with scoring five goals. We will adapt an attacking approach. We intend on scoring as well”.

Zidane threw in his opinion: "The best advice that I can give the players is to not to go out like this is any old game, but to go out knowing that if they win, they will be in the Semi Finals of the Champions League. "

"The most important thing is to find a balance between attacking and defending. If we do this then we will be fine, "added former Anfield favourite Alonso, "the fans will get behind Spurs from the start, but a goal from us will more or less finish the tie. It is not about us defending with our backs to the wall. We have to be positive in our approach. "

Mourinho made his intentions to avoid any embarrassment clear by including Cristiano Ronaldo, Özil, Xabi Alonso, Carvalho and Adebayor, who were rested against Athletic Bilbao. The manager, fielding many of his favorite players, resisted the temptation to protect the likes of Carvalho, Marcelo, Sergio Ramos, Albiol, Cristiano and Di Maria who are in danger of picking up a third yellow card, which would result in them missing the 1st leg of the Semi-final. "I will not think like that", he added: "The players will be intelligent”. In an attempt at mind games he added “We must also trust that the opponents will play the right way and not worry about creating difficult situations for the referee. I'm not going to change players just because they have two yellow cards. I'll play whoever will be best for us on the day. We have to finish a job. You have to respect football and the opponent. However the current scoreline is very healthy.”

The first International Symposium ' Ethics in Knowledge '

Parque Punta de Vacas, Argentina, November 13th,14th and 15th, 2008

For more than seven million years the human species has proceeded tirelessly in its evolution, overcoming the initial primitive makeup that limited its capabilities. Our knowledge and experiences have accumulated in response to our primary human desires: freedom from physical pain and mental suffering.

The human being, as a result of the impressive qualities of its own conscience, has increasingly moved away from determinism, in contrast to other living species that do little more than respond to the stimuli of the natural world. Furthermore our ability to be conscious of our own conscience – that is to be conscious of our own existence – has opened the door for an ethical awakening that has provided meaning to our lives and to the future of humanity.

There can be no justification for an individual or a group of individuals taking ownership of the common destination of human beings for their own personal end(s). Nobody can monopolize accumulated human knowledge for themselves, nor claim possession of the common heritage of mankind. Nothing that has been created by a human being is isolated from the work of those who preceded him, from those who coexist with him now or from those who will follow in the future.

History tells us that violence can not be resolved with further violence, knowing that morally there is never justification for it; we make a plea for reflection, for the development of a widespread mantra of non-violence with the aim of providing one more ethical pathway which will allow us human beings to separate from our former primitive existence.

In our constant search for liberating answers, we believe that diversity as opposed to uniformity, guarantees a higher probability for a solution. Therefore, knowledge must consist of different viewpoints as a prerequisite for collective growth, common direction between cultures and reconciliation, both social and personal.
During the Symposium a charter was launched, akin to the Hippocratic Oath for Medical Professionals, with the hope of it reaching study groups, research sites, schools and universities. This call should resound in the hearts and in the consciousness not only of scholars, but also of all who 'share' this planet. In order that the destructive direction that our complex world has taken today is modified, reflection on the relationship between ethics and knowledge is crucial.

European Symposium on Non-violence

Attigliano, Italy, On April 24 and 25, 2009

The main focus of the Symposium was to highlight the current historical crisis and its key essence: violence in the viewpoints and actions of people and nations, and to propose non-violent solutions for the problem. The first immediate proposal was to support the World March for Peace and Non-violence, which took place during the final trimester of 2009.

We are living through the first world crisis, of which no human being is immune. What is in crisis is not a specific civilization, which might be replaced with another one as has so many times happened in our past, but rather, a way of seeing the world, human beings and relationships, which is currently a view clouded by violence.

The way out of this crisis will therefore come from a new perspective of ourselves, as individuals and as a society, a perspective where non-violent means prevail, in which the human being is an end in itself and no longer a means to an end.

The Centres of Humanist Studies of Europe, through this Symposium, wanted to look at the presence of violence in all fields with the intent of finding suitable answers, further highlighting the only alternative: non-violence.

The Symposium consisted of 13 reporters from 7 different countries, the organization of 3 panels and numerous opportunities for networking and several artistic - cultural events.

Education
Whilst working within the area of IT project management in the Northern Ireland Civil Service, I completed a Masters in Translation Studies at Queens University Belfast. This allowed me to simultaneously improve my knowledge and practical experience within the world of project management, IT and business in general, whilst studying the theory of translation at university. My Masters degree also provided me with the essential skills and attributes required to become a freelance translator. Through my course I was provided with the opportunity to forge links within the industry and hone my skills under expert supervision.

Experience
I am a Qualified Member (MITI - Translator) of the Institute of Translation & Interpreting and have achieved ISO 17100:2015 Qualified Status, the international standard for translation services. I have provided examples of my work from paying clients within my profile. My last major project consisted of translating a 70,000 word user manual for a computerised debt collection system. I was able to use my previous working experience within the financial sector to assist me in this task. In my career within government I have experience in drafting ministerial submissions, staff bulletins and press releases, which has provided me with the opportunity to develop audience-specific writing skills.

Personal
I enjoy sports and keeping fit and have completed the Belfast marathon in a time under 3 hours 30 minutes. I am a keen footballer and regularly play 5-a-side games to keep my competitive juices flowing. I have travelled extensively through Latin America and Europe, enhancing language skills first developed at an early age in school. This included a year spent in Naples, Italy, splitting my time between teaching English and translating Italian texts. I am a keen hiker and enjoy the outdoors, combining camping with my love for travel. I always take the opportunity to get into the ocean and catch some waves whenever I am on the west coast of Ireland or other attractive surfing destinations.
