(the right of use thereof) [...] the right to assign the same

Explanation:
Usufruct may be used with reference to movables such as equipment, but I think it is more commonly used with reference to real property. I would prefer to go with 'right of use' here.
The correct verbs to use with 'right of use' are, I think, 'assign', 'transfer' or 'convey'; eg:

http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=CELEX:...
“(7) In view of the requirement that it should own the various system components, it will assign the right of use thereof to the concessionaire for the duration of the concession.”

I think this is especially true in the current context, in which the right has already been created and the right holder is simply exercising the right of disposal over this right, which already exists.

In legal English, the expression 'the same' often comes into play to avoid repetition, and could be usefully used here where we have 'kullanma = use' + 'kullandırma=cause/permit/allow to be used', which would otherwise necessitate repetition of the verb 'use'

In my opinion, in order to express this idea in plausible English legal discourse, the sentence needs to be reconstructed, perhaps along the following lines:

"The equipment […] shall remain the property of the principal company, with xxxx acquiring the right of use thereof, and the right to assign the same to third parties."

That should of course be "... all rights of use thereof within the borders of the Republic of Turkey ..."

neutral  [Removed] (X): Assigning the right of use to a third party or allowing use by somebody else would differ. I understand that the question is about allowing it to be used by somebody else - later note: ok: “..allowing use by a third party”: idea of my note does not change

-> Thank you for the feedback. 'Third party' is legalese for 'somebody else', as far as I know.

neutral  Tim Drayton: 'Right to allow usage' would work better, in my opinion, see e.g. http://www.registertrademarks.net/canada-trademark/ "The owner also has the right to allow usage of the trademark to others."

-> Right, it could work either, I know that it is used, I thought about it as well, but I thought this one is better. Thank you.
