Portuguese term or phrase: atitudes proposicionais
Although I have studied some psychology courses at the undergraduate level (Universidade de São Paulo) and graduate level (US), I am not an expert in psychology and would appreciate some orientation as to the most appropriate translation of the above phrase in this context. I believe there might be a better way than simply "propositional attitudes."

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A propositional attitude is a relational mental state connecting a person to a proposition. They are often assumed to be the simplest components of thought and can express meanings or content that can be true or false. In being a type of attitude they imply that a person can have different mental postures towards a proposition, for example, believing, desiring, or hoping, and thus they imply intentionality.
