I am checking one of my airline tickets and that's what it says.
When you get your flight ticket there are several sheets. The last one eventhough it looks exactly as the rest it is just a receipt or something like that.
I think what you are looking at is one of this. It just looks exactly as a regular flight ticket.

it means that it is not valid to be used as a ticket to travel, it may certainly refer to a paper or part of a ticket which is not valid nor useful to make a trip
