Norwegian term
kjennelse begjæringen om foreløpig avgjørelse
Norwegian to English
Law/Patents
Law (general)
Case papers relating to a case about parental responsibility.
I'm not sure about how to translate "kjennelse" here. For "begjæringen om foreløpig avgjørelse" I have used "application for an interim order", which seems to be the term used in English law. But the sentence seems to be missing something, and I'm not 100% that my interpretation here is correct.

Comment: "In family law it seems that "interim order" is the term used. Thanks, Tom"
