Вот описание процесса:
CALIBRAZIONE TEORICA
Mediante l’impostazione dei parametri “CAPAC”, “SEnSIb” e “dIVIS” è possibile calibrare lo strumento senza avere bisogno di un peso campione, naturalmente si consiglia sempre una verifica della calibrazione eseguita con una quantità di prodotto conosciuta.

In fase di visualizzazione del peso premere il tasto CONST e apparirà " CoStAntI " per circa 2 secondi, mentre la scritta è visualizzata premere F1 appare la scritta :

“CAPAC”, premere ENTER e impostare il fondo scala del sistema senza tenere conto dei decimali

(Esempio : se le celle di carico sono 3 con portata nominale 300 kg e la risoluzione che si vuole avere è 0.1 kg , impostare 900) poi confermare con ENTER, apparirà di nuovo la scritta “CAPAC”.
Premere F1 e apparirà:

“tArA”, premere nuovamente F1 e apparirà:

“SEnSIb”, premere ENTER e impostare la sensibilità media delle celle considerando 4 decimali (per celle con sensibilità 2mV/V impostare 2.0000; invece per 3 celle con sensibilità diversa, ad esempio 1.9800mV , 1.9600mV , 1.9900mV, impostare 1.9766mV).
Confermare con ENTER, apparirà di nuovo la voce “SEnSIb”.
Premere F1 e apparirà:

“dIVIS”( risoluzione da 0,0001 a 100 ), premere ENTER e selezionare con il tasto F1 la risoluzione con i decimali desiderati, facendo attenzione ad impostare un valore che non superi le 60000 divisioni (ad esempio 900/60000 = 0,015 , è possibile impostare al massimo 0,02 ).
UN SISTEMA DI PESATURA NORMALMENTE LAVORA TRA LE 3000 E LE 9000 DIVISIONI

Explanation:
Устоявшегося определения такой тарировки, ИМХО, нет. Поэтому почти всегда дописывают в скобках "т.е. без поверочных грузов". По слову "тарировка" найдете массу информации.
