This term already exists in the Kudoz glossary but I didn't really feel the translation given ("inferred or inferrable") was very convincing in English

Here is the contract clause it comes from

le parti dichiarano irrevocabilmente di non avere più nulla a pretendere l'una dall'altra in relazione al Contratto e rinunciano reciprocamente a qualsiasi pretesa e/o diritto, dedotto o deducibile, comunque connesso a quanto precede

I was thinking it might effectively mean "directly or indirectly arising from"

Would appreciate all suggestions on this one!

It doesn't sound right in English Arrigo, in a legal sense, the expression "inferred or inferable" make no sense in this context (ie when talking about a claim). We usually use these words in English when talking about conclusions that can be drawn from certain facts. In English, we don't commonly speak of a right of action being "inferred or inferable" from facts or evidence, but "arising from them"

In Italian 'dedurre' means both 'infer' and 'subtract but I think 'deduced'=dedotto is better than 'deducted'=sottratto in this case.

waiver of any arguable rights

In a lot of legal briefs, the term "dedurre" is used when attorneys are presenting arguments to the court, and I often translate it as "argue." I think if you just used "arguable" here - or maybe tweaked it with the synonym you prefer - you would cover all the meanings of "dedotto o deducibile." I personally wouldn't use any form of "deduce" in this context.

Deductible is not the same as deducible.

Claims, remedies and right are likelier to be derived and derivative.

Example sentence:

Does the licensor get a percentage of the income, if any, derived from the derivative use of the work? If so, for how long do these rights go on? ...
