Translation of a Purchase Agreement / Delivery Conditions
They will be delivering mainly clothes/accessories to either branches or warehouses all belonging to the same client.
There are two titles in deliveries without much explanation:
Merce consegnata in Conto Fisso
Merce consegnata in Conto Deposito.

sorry, I can find nothing that clarifies the other definitions - maybe you should ask the people who gave you the translation to define the differences so you can see what the variations mean in Italian.

| OK so their "commercialista" got back to me with a contract he already had and requested the following: MERCE IN CONTO FISSO : FIXED SALES MERCHANDISE (where what is delivered and invoiced immediately can not be returned by contract) MERCE IN CONTO DEPOSITO : CONSIGNMENT MERCHANDISE .- where the goods are delivered to a separate warehouse which will then deal with supplies to the stores MERCE IN CONTO VENDITA : SALES OR RETURN MERCHANDISE .. with usual conditions. Just put this as it may be of interest/help in the future to someone. Thank you for your help anyway slparpia =) |

I think you are taking "merce consegnata" as part of the concept of the type of account which follows, which is not the case. Perhaps you can translate "consegnata in" as payable, or to be paid in.
