German term

Titelthema

German to English Marketing Media / Multimedia Trade magazine

Sheila Owens Jul 18, 2007:
I agree with Birgit.....cover story is used more than cover feature, which just doesn't sound as "English" somehow to my British ears. Cover story works just as well if it is "Hello" magazine, "National Geographic", "Heating and Ventilating News"...
BirgitBerlin Jul 18, 2007:
Also "cover theme" ganz bestimmt nicht!!!

cover feature

I wouldn't say cover theme or cover topic either. Cover feature is another common term as an alternative for cover story.

agree Stephen Sadie : sounds fine if that's what's meant
